Health Guarantee and Return Policy
We want to ensure that our puppies are healthy and well-cared for. Here are the measures we take to guarantee the health of our puppies:
- Your puppy will receive its first vaccinations and de-worming treatment before coming home.
- Our breeding dogs have undergone DNA testing for recessive disorders common in the breed, and we guarantee that your puppy will not inherit these diseases.
- Each puppy is microchipped for easy identification and will be in good health at the time of sale. Please have your veterinarian verify this within 72 hours of bringing your puppy home.
Return Policy
If you decide to return your puppy within three days of purchase for any reason not supported by a veterinary statement, we will take the puppy back and refund 75% of the purchase price.
If you return the puppy within 21 days of purchase, accompanied by a veterinary statement indicating that the puppy is unhealthy due to a condition that can be traced back to us, we will take the puppy back and refund 100% of the purchase price.
In the unlikely event that your puppy becomes ill within 21 days of delivery and you prefer to keep it, we agree that our maximum liability will not exceed the purchase price of the puppy. If we take back possession of the puppy, we will cover any necessary treatment costs and regain all rights to the animal, including decision-making authority for its care and welfare.
Warranty
We provide a warranty that your puppy has been examined by a veterinarian, and the veterinarian’s certificate detailing the examination results is attached. If your puppy develops an illness within seven days of delivery, we agree to take it back and refund the full purchase price.
Hereditary Disease Warranty
If your purchased puppy dies or is euthanized due to a hereditary disease within three years of purchase, we will refund 100% of the purchase price if you provide two certificates from separate veterinary practitioners.
