I would not advise all owners, not just my friends and family dogs, to take your dog to a Dog park. Dogs behave in packs and may learn and imitate the behavior of other dogs, and there are many dogs at Dog Park who have never been to a training class and do not know their manners. This is to avoid your dog learning bad behavior from them. Also, that’s why injuries and accidents occur all the time. Professional dog trainers usually avoid taking their own dogs to a fenced dog park. Because they don’t trust “other dogs”.

Particularly popular breeds of dogs especially puppies were sometimes stolen while their owners were talking to other people at Dog Park. Dog parks should be avoided to protect dogs from unexpected injury.

For the same reason, you should not your dog to be walked Off Leash until they have received Level 6 certification from an approved trainer to avoid car accidents and escape, etc.

Your dog may be friendly, but some dogs are nervous, aggressive, or sick. We want you to put your dog on a leash and protect your precious family member as you would your children. And we can give other dogs their private space 🙂
